Hello all fellow applicants for TCC's Fall Semester 2018!

I have been scouring the most recent TCC post, and the latest applicants have been offered their seats in the program, woohoo!!! As a result, I have decided to post a new thread for the next round of applications.

Just curious, will anyone be a resident of Virginia for only a short time before applying? I will be moving in December and I was wondering if my measly two month-long residency will hold up as well against someone who has been a resident of Virginia for over a year.

I know for sure it waives 100 but not sure about 101. I just want to know because I'm registered to take 101 but I have a BS so if it waives it I need to drop the class.

Ohh okay. I would imagine it does because these classes are like 1 credit intro to college courses but definitely best to call and make sure!

Will do! They said both the cohorts will begin in August this semester.

At the information session they did say that they don't know what the cutoff for the hesi will be but she did say it's been progressively getting higher.

When you look up the Hesi score results it shows the class average. If it is accurate, it would make the class average 79%.

I went to the student access part to see my list of scores. When you click on view results for each section it gives you your average, class average, and national average. So I added up the class average in each section and it came to a 79%.

Looks as if AP was the worst subject for a lot of people. Class average 72%

Hello everyone!

Does anyone know when we should receive our acceptance letters? Do we get a rejection letter if we aren't accepted? I can hardly wait!
