  1. @CNA2RN31 For me the biggest thing is staying on top of the reading. Your first semester you will be taking 4 classes so there will be tons of reading. I always try to read the chapters at least twice. I make flashcards for things like definitions and lab values. On a side note your nursing exams will never straight up ask you to define a term or state a normal lab value but in order to answer the questions you will need to know that information. Aside from staying on top of the reading doing practice problems is huge. NCLEX style questions are very different then what you encountered during pre-reqs. The more you expose yourself to that style of testing the better. Not sure if they still use it but we were required to get Passpoint and it's amazing for doing questions. Also I have an app it's called RN Mentor and it's really good for generating short quizzes on various subjects. S

  9. Rational me says that if the letters just went out yesterday they probably won't come today. But nervous student me will still be stalking the mailman lol
