Yes we get a study guide. I went back and changed two answers that I had right!! I would have had an 83-instead I got a 76!! Oh well I still have a 87 in the class. I just need to get out with a B.

Does anyone know how to find out if the same professor is assigned to the summer classes? I did horribly on the quiz and I felt I had a very good understanding of the concepts. The questions are vague and obscure in my opinion. I may drop and take again but if it is the same professor might as well forget it. I have a 4.0 for now. I have a 75 for this class after the week 2 quiz.

Study guide...know the study guide and focus on that information. This class totally sucked when I took it. At that time it was study guide all the way. I feel for all of you. Thank goodness it's only 5 weeks to endure!

I did sooo badly on quiz 2. Ugh. I'm down to an 82%, and am hoping my DB posts bring me up a bit. Will need to do better this week.

There is no instructor listed as far as I can see. Maybe a call to the school. Good Luck.

My experience has been that you don't know until the last minute and sometimes even when you think you know you don't. ;-)

One of my classes had an instructor listed. I got a welcome message from the instructor. I went a few weeks in the class and suddenly another instructor posts a message to the class. I couldn't figure out where that instructor fit into the picture. Maybe they were playing good cop bad cop or trying to confuse me.

Anyway, I would suggest you hang in there. If you do poorly and have to repeat the class, at least you'll know where to focus.

Hey--you are NOT stupid!! I think we are all struggling. I feel like I memorize the book but when I get to the tests, the language is confusing.

Since you have taken this class would you how many people passed the class.

That is a good question. I don't know where you would find that information. I thought this was a very rough class when I took it in the Fall. I earned a A but it was hard won. I really did not enjoy the process. I would be curious to know how many did not pass at all.

And 2 weeks down. But I think we are all struggling. The quizzes will bring us down, but hopefully the other assignments will keep us above water. I wish we knew the weighted percentages. That might help us to focus on the final grade.

I remember the first week quiz is 30 points worth 12%, so I assume all the quizzes would be worth the same percentage, whick is total of 60% for 5 weeks. Correct me if anybody thinks it's wrong.
