It's clearly stated at the top of the screen that it's for Canadian nurses to discuss nursing and nursing education in Canada.
Why do non-Canadian posters get their panties in a twist when we point out the differences?
I wouldn't presume to go into any of the individual states forums and tell people how to do their jobs or how to apply for school. Why is it OK to do it here?

Well you know how we are second class citizens and our education is inferior and our health care system is broken and....
we must NEED to be told because obviously we aren't smart enough to figure it out on our own.

In real life too....sometimes not easy to maintain professionalism. For one day, I would enjoy saying exactly what I'm thinking to whoever crosses my path. Beware lol.
Many people don't realize how different the Canadian and American systems are. While Canada has it's own issues, I'll gladly keep what we have. In fact, the only State I would consider working is California after everything I've learned.

Just an aside. Please report posts that are concerning to you or violate the terms of service. I won't pretend to know about the Health care system in Canada but will be glad to address terms of service issues. Thanks

Maybe that’s why I got bashed by what seemed to be American nurses? Maybe we do things differently in Canada and our training is different?
