Hi Everyone! I am a relatively new nurse and was wondering if you would share with me a list of things to watch out for that indicate that a patient is becoming unstable. For example, if a patient has CHF and you hear wet lung sounds or gurgling, the patient is in respiratory distress. What are some other things I should be vigilant about? Please share!
