I just graduated, I start working next month...however, I am already sick of people asking me "so are you going to go on to med school next?" or something a long those lines No, I'm sorry, I will NOT be going to med school thank you very much, I have waited my whole life to be a NURSE and I'm proud of it!
I love the journal link and everything that was commented on is real, too. Yes I am a nurse and I am proud of it. It makes me laugh when others ask if I am going to med school, but no one understands that to go to med school I would have to start from square one. There are very few if any Abbey Lockharts out there!
#5 reminds me of one time I had an abcessed tooth and went to a new dentist. He pulled the tooth and was't going to give me an antibiotic because "You can just get an antibiotic tomorrow at work". I proceeded to tell him that I can't just help myself to meds and did not leave till he called in an antibiotic for me. I never went back to him.
