Haberman's book is out based on interviews. I won't read it, but the excerpts are interesting. Especially what he says about McConnell, a description that's against the Terms of Service here, but I actually don't disagree with. LOL

Trump will never step aside. Trump is clearly already more cognitively impaired than Biden is on his worst days. That was my entire point; Trump's bad choice in VP is a dangerous liar who will be executing and implementing P2025 while Trump's waves and dances and pretends that's he's the boss. When it's politically expedient, Vance will initiate Trump's removal because it will be clear that Trump is mentally ill and cognitively impaired and unable to complete the duties of his office.

Well, his plan to reduce violent crime isn't supporting far left radical ideas of "no cash bail" and fundraising for for bail of violent rioters. Like Harris did and will continue to do if elected.

Violent crime - as recorded by the FBI - includes homicide, rape, robbery and aggravated assault reported to and recorded by police forces.
Its latest report shows that violent crime fell by an estimated 3% between 2022 and 2023.
Murder and non-negligent manslaughter reduced by 12%, the largest drop in the last 20 years.
The report also shows falls in:
Rape by 9%
Robbery by 0.3%
Aggravated assault by 3%
In 2023, the FBI recorded a rate of 363.8 violent crimes per 100,000 people, down from the 2022 rate of 377.1 violent crimes per 100,000 people.
The agency revised the violent crime rate between 2021 and 2022.
Previously, the figures showed a 2.1% fall over this period, now the agency says there was a 4.5% rise.
The FBI did not publicise this change, which has led to some criticism.
Ames Grawert, a crime researcher at the Brennan Center for Justice, told BBC Verify that the revision was "likely the result of a change in the way FBI collected crime data in 2021".
