First one is in response to the ludicrous lawsuit for damages from her mother, grandmother & step father. (Step father has no legal standing) the second is the rebuttal from the Winkfield family claiming that initial eligibility from NJ Medicaid = not brain dead.

Professor Pope posted both Dr. Rosen's and CHOs response to the scamily's nonsense on his website. The one from Dr. Rosen's lawyer is the best read. They both say essentially the same thing, but that one actually says that they should not litigate whether Jahi rose from the dead, and that it is all based on wishful thinking and a quest for monetary gain.

Nails was drinking and partying on some rooftop bar in NYC last weekend. A friend of hers put loads of photos on instagram and someone commented that it was for single ladies only, indicating the possibility that Marv has left the building.
