Can someone please break down what that document means for us non-legal speaking folk? And for those of us with a short attention span who got lost after page 5? Lol, thanks in advance!
Professor Pope posted both Dr. Rosen's and CHOs response to the scamily's nonsense on his website. The one from Dr. Rosen's lawyer is the best read. They both say essentially the same thing, but that one actually says that they should not litigate whether Jahi rose from the dead, and that it is all based on wishful thinking and a quest for monetary gain.
The family has almost dropped off the face of the earth since filing the law suit. Last update was from the quack Doc and that was nothing new.
Nails was drinking and partying on some rooftop bar in NYC last weekend. A friend of hers put loads of photos on instagram and someone commented that it was for single ladies only, indicating the possibility that Marv has left the building.
