I doubt that our ongoing battle with right wing crazies and white supremacists is going to be funny or laughable...but yeah...we'll see if our republic can survive this attempt at a civil war. It's not clear that we will survive when millions of people would seemingly rather have a coronation of monarch rather than an election and inauguration. When millions of Americans believe and act violently based upon the lies of a corrupt politician who incites riots and acts of insurrection you are quite correct...Trump and his cult can and will still negatively impact those country.

I had to catch up, so might have missed someone mentioning this earlier.

It's not too crazy to think that the far left Progressives might lead the Biden impeachment (or to invoke the 25th)movement to have Kamala installed as POTUS.

I did exaggerate...Trump has the lowest approval of any outgoing IMPOTUS... it's likely only thousands that are willing to act out Trump's American carnage, not millions.  Millions simply believe Trump's lies but wouldn't commit acts of violence at his bidding.
