Maybe it's just a coincidence that Trump's House Republicans all of a sudden decided that the state of Minnesota and its political leadership needs congressional scrutiny. It's kind of odd that they weren't concerned about any of the covid fraud except this specific example.
It's not a coincidence and while I don't think it's "weaponized government" it definitely is targeted. But like I said to those here that said Trump was targeted in New York, it doesn't matter because guilty is guilty. I say the same here. Any wrong doing targeted or not is wrong. The innocent have nothing to worry about.
But the article may be correct, in that look how it benefited Trump. People even in these threads weren't necessarily interested that Trump was guilty of anything but that he was a victim.

Not sure but they are digging in several areas. Again, if he has nothing to hide he can be transparent with the documents they are requesting in how he handled the situation. Who knows if the smoking gun will be found. I think they might be trying to cast a shadow of a doubt.
Anyway, digging deep for dirt is what the opposite side and the media tries to do.
"Some Republicans worry the investigations will backfire politically and make Walz and Harris look like martyrs, Axios previously reported.". I didn't look up the previously reported article but whoever "some Republicans" are have a point. As the public have gotten to know Walz, his poop doesn't stink to them and he's been an asset to the ticket.

For the record, your candidate is the person who muses about terminating inconvenient parts of the constitution. Everyone knows that you know this. I wonder if you think it's clever to try to project Trump's un-American nonsense onto others. It's certainly not an example of an attempt at meaningful discussion and is disingenuous as heck.

Isn't that true for EVERY election? Not sure what endorsements have to do with the EC. It would certainly add too the list of the Republicans who are voting for Anyone But Trump. This time it's Harris.
