It's ppretty pathetic that if you post something on here requesting advice/info, then you won't get a reply. However, if it's something negative or whining about how bad nurses have it, then folks are all over it. Thanks for nothing~!

You got a lot of a lot of pertinent answers also. Most likely the same people who are reading over there are reading over here and did not choose to answer twice.

In the same boat and agree about the whining.
Perhaps we should whine when we ask for advice?

No one has a responsibility to answer any post. I don't recognize your name or have a clue what your burning question might have been. Are you this whiny in real life?

Ultimately, only you can make your own decisions. Yes, some good advice is given on this board and I'm sorry you feel that you have to post this thread. However, if you are depending upon others to make decisions for you there might be a problem. Do you really think you'll get any wanted advice next time after posting a hissy-fit like this??
Also, how do you really know who you are talking to???? This is the internet after all. If your problems are really that bad and you really need someone to talk to...try a human being....not your computer.

I just found this site. I think it is very informative and helpful. I have not even read all of the posts, but i would like to. Unfortunately, I have a very demanding husband, dog, cat, and career. I can only encourage you to keep posting or privately email some one..... but then again, if you have a deep need for serious advice, then perhaps you should go to your nurse manager... (s)he might be able to give you the immediate attention you need.
Good luck.

I have been using this site for awhile now and have even posted some threads. I have never had one go unanswered. Maybe you should try again?? Pitching a fit like that won't get you very far...online or in life in general!!
My 2 cents!!
