Anyone applying to Texas Women University? I recently attended an information session and spoke to Ms.Victoria the nursing coordinator for TWU. What are your stats? What advice to you give when studying for the TEAS? I know you have to apply for TWU first then get accepted. Then you apply to TWU NURSING. But I am somewhat confused on that process. I went to the apply portal and it does not give me the option to apply for FAll of 2016. I may have to wait. Any current TWU students that can give me any advice on the application process. It will be of great help. Thank you!

Hopefully a positive note for you guys. I was talking with someone about paperwork and she said a lot of people don't even bother responding to the acceptance of they don't intend to attend. You have the option to accept or decline and send in a form. If you neglect to send in the form you lose your spot. So people may have also decided not to attend but didn't bother sending in the form marked decline. Hope that makes sense. Crossing my fingers for you guys!

What are your stats? I'm a 3.68 and 85.3 on TEAS. :(

Hey girl, do you think they already sent out the acceptance for the one person who declined to fill their spot or do you think they're going to wait until after April 1?

My guess is that they'll wait to see how many spots they have and then send another round of acceptance emails. I only say that because I know they've done it that way in the past.

I dont understand how I didnt even get waitlisted..í ½í¸” I had a 4.0 gpa and an 87 on my teas. Wish all you guys good luck im sure alot of you will hear some good news after the 1st!

I don't understand either... Is that your nursing prereq GPA? How did you do on the science section of the TEAS?

Its my overall gpa. I made a 98 in the science section of the teas

Sorry, just noticed you said 4.0... I would be calling them and asking why you didn't at least get wait listed...
