UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Sup everybody ! knowing it's a bit early, but I just wanted to start this thread for those applying to Texas Tech ABSN 2026 program. Anyone here plan on applying?

I was super surprised to discover that! I am not used to prices coming down in this economy! We could use every bit of help we can get. 

I am just a little annoyed that I'm still waiting to find out what my year is going to look like next year. Last year, the first set of applicants started hearing back on Sept 9 which was the second Monday of the month. That would be TOMORROW so I am looking forward to possibly getting some answers here soon.

I also know last year some found out today... I don't know if different areas get emails different days, she is in the Odessa location!

Has anyone spoken to the TTUHSC administrators lately? I'm thinking about calling today to see if there is an update?

I just called admissions, and he just said "by the end of September"... I wouldn't know anyone else to contact.

Did he make it seem like it will be end of September or we could get an email from now until end of September?

"We don't have a specific date, but decisions will be out by the end of September, so keep checking your email and application portal." or something along those lines. So I reckon anytime in the next 3 weeks. Last year, some folks got answers on the 9th (the second Monday), but others were still waiting to hear. Perhaps it's based on when we applied.

I have moments when I feel very confident about my chances of being selected and moments when I think I may have messed up here and there in my video interview/essays and therefore my chances of getting in might not be so high. Anyone else going through these fluctuating emotions?

I have definitely been super overwhelmed as well with waiting to hear back. I've also been going back and forth on what I could have done differently and feeling confident one day and then the next feeling the opposite. I'm just trying to remember that it's all going to work out no matter what, and everything happens for a reason! Just have to have the right mindset going into this!! We got this guys
