UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Sup everybody ! knowing it's a bit early, but I just wanted to start this thread for those applying to Texas Tech ABSN 2026 program. Anyone here plan on applying?

Each semester is roughly 15 weeks longs, with a 3 week break between the Spring and Summer semesters. Followed by a 2 week break between the Summer and fall semesters.

Hi! Same:( is the next update we get going to be an email stating whether we were accepted or not? Also, if we don't get accepted, will we be getting an email for some closure at least?

Happy September, everybody! Here's to hoping we find something out soon!! Did anyone else on here apply for the Odessa location? I feel like I mostly see DFW

So I have the estimated cost of the ABSN program at $22,700. Is what yall have calculated? Are there any extra costs beside scrubs that I should account for? ( if I get in of course!)

So I can give you my tuition costs for all three semesters. Spring was $11,900, Summer was $10,800, and Fall was $8,750. You can expect to spend around another $1,000 in the Spring semester for books and online access (but this covers the entire program). Then you need to also purchase a set of scrubs (I would buy two sets incase one gets dirty at clinical), a stethoscope, and a planner! The planner isn't required but highly recommend because the semesters are jam packed and there's always something due!

Thank you for sharing! Did these numbers include Health Insurance? Because on the on the SON ABSN cost estimation sheet is has the semesters listed as $7565 (x3)

Do you know what the Education technology fee is? It's on the list of fees/tuition and it's about $3000 total.

FYI the updated cost sheet (25-26) It looks like the Education technology fee is going down from 3000/semester to 1500/semester which means tuition will go down about 4k total for this upcoming year. That is good news ( once we are accepted!) Good luck!

Yes! I saw that tuition went down from last year! 

By the way, how are y'all feeling? I need the end of September to come already.
