Sup everybody ! knowing it's a bit early, but I just wanted to start this thread for those applying to Texas Tech ABSN 2026 program. Anyone here plan on applying?

Good morning! I have received the Course checklist but I have yet to received the interview information. Is there anyone else that has received the checklist but no interview instructions?

@Jaquita Rideaux It took a few days from when I received the checklist to when I received interview information. If everything is completed you should receive within a few days. Good luck.

To me it sounds like everyone received the interview instructions on the same day 7/31. The deadline to submit was 8/5 with no late forms accepted. 

This is coming from someone who received their course checklist/evaluation on 7/1.

I received my interview instructions on 8/1 and had an interview deadline of today, but then TT sent out another email saying the interview deadline was extended until tomorrow at 2pm. So I'm not sure, yopu could always send and email or call to get some clarification on the matter.

Oh interesting! I wonder when we will receive acceptances with staggered interviews...

I can speak for last year because the interviews were somewhat staggered as well. But we heard back the second week of September! From speaking with other cohorts and professors it varies a little each year. It really just depends how many people applied.

Usually won't hear anything until Second week of September - Last Week. They also will do the acceptance/waitlist in waves. I applied for the 24 cohort and was waitlisted 😪. I looked at my previous email and we were notified Sep 28.

Does anyone know if they plan to send confirmations for which campus location we would want to be admitted to? I had seen in last year's thread that they sent out emails asking to confirm which location they'd be willing to go to.
