  1. They emailed back saying "Your application is still under review, and you will receive an email once a decision has been made. While we do not have an exact timeline for when all decisions will be released, we anticipate completing the review process by late October.” So, from my experience last time I was waitlisted the week of acceptance and rejected November 3. Just my thought process it seems like they're following this same trend and just not using the term waitlist. (Just my thought/opinion) ??‍♀️
  2. Sorry I meant to say "I WAS" as in when I previously applied in 2024. Seems like this time around they're not doing a waitlist and not giving many updates like previously. For anyone accepted when is the deadline for y'all to have your criteria's/items met before they drop you?
  3. Have you tried reaching out again? I'm on the waitlist but honestly gave up on it. They didn't do this last time I applied. I have a feeling they're waiting to see who will meet all the criteria's from the accepted list before making any more announcements.
  4. For the identigo most people only receive it before acceptance if they were in a previous program or job related. I only say that because I was in a Diploma program awhile back and I still get my clearance card each year mailed to me. For the identigo you are suppose to schedule one in your location so they can do finger prints and it will be mailed to you.
  5. Last time acceptance was sent out on a Monday (like now) and I found out about being waitlisted on that Thursday.
  6. I'd rather tell y'all my past experience because once others get accepted this sub will dead. I know Tech has a lot of applicants especially since it dosent require the TEAS or HESI ?‍?. Since they don't have scores to go off of they go off mainly grades, repeating classes, and GPA.
  7. They do it at random. This is my second time applying for TTUHSC ABSN program. From what I remember last time they give everyone who was sent an email a chance to accept/decline then who declines a spot they will send out an additional email to those next in line. So, when another email is sent it'll be either an acceptance, waitlist, or rejection. The waitlist is a random pool and not alphabetically. I tried asking previously how far I was on the line up and they wouldn't tell me just to wait for an email. I wouldn't get discourage if you don't get into this program but highly recommend looking at other schools now or even the ADN route. Just a little information from what I experienced last time.
  8. If you don't hear anything back tomorrow it usually means waitlist or rejection letter. If you're waitlisted they will let you know and keep it open until November. I was waitlisted previously and never heard back unfortunately. I don't like that they don't send it all out at once like other nursing programs.
  9. No, it would have been September 28, 2023 on Thursday. Unfortunately it's just at random. I was waitlisted which was awful and why I'm here again applying haha. You can call everyday all day and they won't give an update it's just based off when they have their decision made which sucks. I know when acceptance came out during that cycle it was in waves so like some came in the morning-afternoon.
  10. I applied for the 24' Cycle and no one heard back until the week of Sept 28 around 9 AM. I'm actually shocked they haven't sent out an email to add a third location so that might not be a thing this year because in that cycle we received an email that last week of August to add an additional location.
  11. No and even if you ask they won't tell you. In my own opinion I think it was based off the interview mainly and GPA. I'm a first generation and TTU grad so I hit the main key points. Just personally think it's the interview and what your bring to the table for them.
  12. Usually won't hear anything until Second week of September - Last Week. They also will do the acceptance/waitlist in waves. I applied for the 24 cohort and was waitlisted ?. I looked at my previous email and we were notified Sep 28.
  13. From the previous time I applied as long as the requirements are met everyone gets an interview. The interview and essay are what will determine if you get in.
  14. Anyone know how competitive they're with acceptance? I applied two years ago and got waitlisted (will never know the reason), but I met all criteria. I originally applied for the Lubbock, Amarillo, Odessa location but moved recently so I am trying for SA and Austin. I have experience in healthcare, first generation, TTU grad, masters in MHA, feel like maybe the actual interview video is what got me ?.
  15. Hi, I was waitlisted and never heard back. So, I went and got my MHA but plan to apply this May again . I've heard others who got on with below a 3.0 so it's possible.
