UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Sup everybody ! knowing it's a bit early, but I just wanted to start this thread for those applying to Texas Tech ABSN 2026 program. Anyone here plan on applying?

Hi! I applied for the Dallas location, but wasn't given an option to put more than one location. If I didn't put my second choice does that lessen the chances? Thank you, good luck everyone!

Hey yall,

Still haven't heard anything myself, so I decided to call Tech to see if I could get any updates. They confirmed there's been a bit of a delay, but we should be hearing about next steps in the next few days. The second step is still the written/video questionnaire, so no changes there.

I know that doesn't tell us much we haven't already assumed, but I figured I'd pass it along!

A couple hours after writing this I got the invite for the video essay questions. Patience is a virtue haha

I got an email since I have a class in progress I have to send proof of enrollment by Monday 8-4! What are the deadlines around the interview process? Any further details.

Deadline for my interview stuff is Aug 5th 2pm Central. I had to send my proof of enrollment a while ago - I sent my billing statement.

Got my email alert about the interview round! Does anyone have any insight as to your chances if you do make it to this stage? Is it more about if you meet the requirements you automatically get an interview or do they do a pretty big cut this first round after initial applications?

From the previous time I applied as long as the requirements are met everyone gets an interview. The interview and essay are what will determine if you get in.
