Hello! This might be a little early, but I wanted to create a group for those applying to Texas Tech ABSN 2024. With applications due in the coming months, I was hoping to have this space for anyone to submit tips or questions that may come up. Thanks!

I wasn't sure about that either so I just submitted my primary again since it's the only one I'm interested in.

Were you able to select your first and second from the drop dop boxes? I was unable to so I did the same as you.

Anyone receive an email to complete a form for any other campus of preference I only put one location on my application..

No I wasn't, but it sounds like nobody else was able to either.

I am going to just reselect my original preferences and submit!

im so nervous if I should pick another location, I wonder if this means there are a lot of applicants ?? Every other location is 3-4 hours + away

I asked my advisor how many applications they received.  She said over 600. I still have questions, but didn't want to pester her. I guess I want to know how many qualified applicants are under review.

How do u get to speak to an advisor? This is my 3rd time applying ?. First time they've done video interviews. I think that's what breaks me is the interviews.

In the past, how many campuses did you apply to? Did you give third fourth or fifth choice options?? or did you limit to two choices? 

Those that are reapplying, did you guys give multiple Campus options in the past or did you guys limit to just one or two? Could that be one of the reasons that you guys weren't accepted in the past by chance?? or do you think it was stats/volunteer/hrs/interview?

I feel like this whole application theyve gone rogue ??? and I've been emailing my advisor since Feb! I looked on the website and saw the person associated with my name and then set up a zoom with her and then emailed from there on out!

Also, my initial campus finally uploaded to the form so my advisor told me not to check off anything additional. Not sure why it didn't populate initially!

Did they ever say anything about the acceptance letter that was sent out by accident? ?
