Fall 2007 nursing school applicants

Hello everyone! Just thought I'd start a thread to see where everyone is applying for Fall 2007! It seems like it will take forever for April to get here! Good luck to everyone who is applying! Also, does anyone know when Texas Christian is sending letters, I think it's April but I couldn't find a month on the website. I applied to TCU and TWU- Dallas.

But, I just found out that they have added a new pre-requisite and I need to have it completed by the Fall. The course is Basic Health Professions Skills (HPRS1204).

The good part of this is...it could increase my odds of getting in, since a lot of applicants probably don't know they need to take it and the classes are almost all full.

RED BULL is my best friend this semester!

WHAT! I thought the Basic Health Professions Skills class is not a required course until Spring 08! Are you positive that you will need to take it for Fall 2007? :o

That's what I thought too, but read this...

I emailed a lady at El Centro and this was her reply:

It is required to be completed before the Fall 07 semester. There will

be sections offered in June and July for 4 weeks 4 days each week at

El Centro and 3 weeks 5 days each week at North Lake.

I am applying to NHMCCD for the ADN in Fall as well. I am doing the official count down to letters sent in April.

I was just accepted into the ADN program for fall 2007 at South Texas College in McAllen. I am so excited can't wait to start.
