Jefe- I tried those on not too long ago! They covered a little over half of my heel but not all the way, but it might be different for you. I tried them on at Academy but they sure were comfy!! I was thinking about getting those, but then I saw the other ones, and they looked like they would cover the entire heel.

Yay student!! I was going to message you on our FB but I haven't gotten on there in a while. Wouldn't it be nice to see each other at orientation again?? :)

@manow: I hope we both get in. Do you know what your number is on the list, and if so, how did you find out?

@student: thanks!

Hey all. I also received an email telling me I'm on the alternate list.

@AJK, how did you find out what number you are?

I really hope I get in as this is my first choice and I could stay close to my family.

Congrats Kmart and Manow!!! I'm in the same boat just waiting.

@Kmart- I emailed Sharde. What is your GPA and HESI?

Hey all, I have been laying in the shadows lately. :(

I did not receive anything from TWU in the first batch of acceptances. However, I did receive an alternate email from Shardee. Certainly did not expect that!! I had given up on my 3.25 after all the acceptances were sent out. I am up to the brim in hope.

Thanks to all of you, especially Tx :), for wondering about how I've been. I think I will go back and read all of yall's pages now so I can know what to expect!! (Hopefully :))

Manow-

I know how you are feeling and wishing us all alternates the BEST of luck!! Keep me posted if you find out where you are on the list. (at least we are still HOPEFUL:)

@AJK, GPA: 3.5, not sure about HESI score (that's a long story). How about you?

Anyways, just checked my email and found out that I'm 10 on the waitlist... here's to hoping that 11 people drop/ don't get their paperwork in on time/ get into UTA/ get into another school.

Congrats in the wait list kmart89!

10 is not too far along, so far i have heard of 2 people declining TCC's acceptance to go somewhere else, so technically you guys have moved up a couple spots :) so my guess is that within the next couple of weeks, as other university letters make their way into peoples mail boxes you guys will be climbing the ladder in no time, and we'll see you guys at orientation! :yeah:

Manow- did you ask to see what number you are?

I'm still on the tick-tock clock to hear back from the financial aid office.. *sigh* :dzed:

Hey all,

I found out I made the alternate list and I'm number 6. My gpa is a 3.5 with a 91%. :)
