I am starting this for anyone who is applying for the TCC RN program in August.

Specializes in OR.

i got this message today from shardee after i asked her a string of questions:

"

rebecca:

your schedule will be given to you so you will not register during the normal registration period. you will have to wait for the drug screen before you will be cleared to register. the health form has been sent as of this morning. clinical will be assigned as close to your home as possible. the stethoscope is up to you, but you are advised to purchase a good quality stethoscope so it remains functional."

well, since we don't finish our "check List" until first of Jan...does that mean we have to wait til Jan to get our schedules?

No, from what I understand is that they will give us our schedules, BUT we cannot register for the class until we complete everything. The fall 2011 class got their schedules at orientation, so it might be the same scenario for us.

That's Awesome that you have a couple of options! I hope to get in and best of luck to you no matter where you decide! Did you recently receive an offer letter from TWU?

yes i did i need to send acceptance by 7th i figured i should jut do BSN instead of associates will be declining the offer tomorrow to tcc

Carrie, according to Lolocoro's post a few pages back, they received their schedules at orientation. It'd be nice if we get our on Nov. 15, when the other students are able to self-register, but I'm not holding my breath.

Congrats on getting in to TWU ck2012!! I heard over 800 applied to the program.

ck2012 - when did you receive the letter from TWU? I also apply for TWU. I just wonder that TWU send out the letter at the same time or not because I just receive my letter by snail mail yesterday.
