Hello to everyone! I'm brand new to this site, but already finding lots of great information. Are any of you familiar with or applying to Tarrant County College ASN program? I'm in the dreaded wait until the first part of May. I took my TEAS exam last weekend and did really well so I'm hoping for the best! I look forward to getting to know each of you better.
It seems like it came the last week of April first week of May. I guess it just depends on when they'll be ready to be mailed. They wait until all the letters and packets are ready so they can all go out at the same time. I'll be on campus today and I'll stop by and see if I can get the low down on when they might be going out. It's already April 3rd!!!
Whoo Hooo - maybe sooner than we though! : ) I was actually talking to a friend fo mine yesterday who graduated from TCC a year ago and she said that she thought she got her acceptance closer to the middle of April - she couldn't remember for sure though. Can't wait to see if you get any scoop, Katy!
Hi. Well, it's finally the 5th of April. I'm telling you this has been the longest first days of a month I've ever seen. The closer it gets to the end of the month, the more anxiety I get. I want, so badly, to know if I'm going to get in. Momto2, I know you feel the same way, but are you getting more nervous as time goes by ? Wow, this wait seems to be getting worse !
Wow....that would make me nervous too, especially since we know the denial letters are in regular envelopes. This wait is getting almost unbearable. It's like sitting and watching 5 minutes go by on the clock. Sounds like I need to get a life, huh? I'll be able to get back to life as normal (maybe) as soon as I know something one way or the other. I turned my application in the first week of January, and it seems like it's been an eternity.
Wow - the first week of January. You HAVE been waiting a long time. The first week of January I was in the hospital having a baby. ; ) I think I turned mine in the first week of February. Even so, it does seem like it's been a long time. I wasn't that anxious about it until I heard from my friend that she got hers in April. It's just really barely April, but I'm still freaking out! Our mailperson )is that politically correct?? LOL) wont deliver our mail if there is a car parked in front of the mailbox. I dare any one to even try to park remotely close to my house right now! :)

I live very close to the south campus, actually within walking distance.
That is why I would hate to have to go to another college, especially Weatherford.
