I am currently trying to get into nursing school and found the ideal school for me :) However they just told me yesterday that in order to get in the program I have to take the HESI....in TWO WEEKS!! I am freaking out and really in need of some extra study guides and helpful suggestions to help me pass this the first time around. Its very competitive and they only take the top 30 scorers into the program. Any material and suggestions that you all have would be so greatly appreciated!! Thanx in advance!!
MsAshley! Good luck on Wednesday...please let us know how you do! Take deep breaths, don't be afraid to close your eyes and picture the answer...get lots of rest and eat a good breakfast before the test.
Thanks for the support I will definitely let everyone know how I did (good or bad!) And I have never heard of anyone failing the vocab unless they didn't know any medical terminology at all
Sooo....I passed! Thats the good news....but I didn't get high enough to get in this time Thats okay though seeing as though I did really well to only have had two weeks to study thanks to you guys!! :yeah:So I am going to do some more studying and take the test again in June. In the mean time I am finishing my last pre req needed for another program in my area. I will be on that waitlist for probably a year but at least I have my foot in somewhere!!
