Got another survey monkey survey, this time about the staffing matrix and has it met the stated goals.
I never like the way the questions are worded on these. They always seem limiting and slanted. I feel, if you really want to know what people think, ask them to explain their viewpoint.
What do you all think?

Are you asking people's opinions on Survey Monkey in generalor that one specifically?
I'm bringing up the subject of the use of survey monkey to survey employees.
I personally would prefer open ended questions with an opportunity to freely write my thoughts on the subject matter.
I dislike the multiple choice format.

All feedback is welcome as long as it's A, B, C, or D. Gotcha!
Do you
A) Strongly agree?
B) Somewhat agree?
C) Neither agree or disagree?
D) Somewhat disagree?
E) Strongly disagree?
I think we should add: F) I think the writer of this survey is an unimaginative desk jockey who is out of touch with reality!

How about F) My opinion quotient has already been reached today, and I'm mindlessly clicking options on this survey while I dream about which beverage I'll be consuming when I get home from work.

@Emergent RN, I absolutely agree with you. The endless surveys online can become tedious and are often just to show some data! What do you think the best way is to communicate with an entire department?
