Hi! I'm starting a thread for those of us who are applying to SUNY Downstate for the accelerated nursing program (ABSN) that begins next year, fall 2022. The cycle just opened today, so a thread is in order.
Good luck everybody! P.S. I'm going to post my stats and TEAS test scores below to get this started and hopefully we can compare notes as things get closer to being in review/interviews begin. ?

They extended it last year too. They haven’t even interviewed anyone yet, so they’re prob just delayed with everything.
Hi, I unfortunately submitted my application 2 days before the January deadline, having no clue that SUNY Downstate's ABSN program did rolling admissions in past years. I thought my application was otherwise strong, but now, I don't know if I did it all in vain. I know there's been some changes in Admissions leadership, but is rolling admissions still the case? My confirmation emails have said that applications weren't necessarily viewed in the order they were received, but I'd like some clarity on this. Also, have people started receiving invitations to interview?

Same here! I was worried I wouldn't hear back soon because I applied so close to the January deadline. I'm guessing adcom is moving away from rolling admissions? Regardless, good luck to everyone who gets an interview!!
