Hey, I talked to both admissions and nursing departments and they said that they no longer accept a pathothphysiology and pharmacology from other colleges. The reason they gave was that they changed the curriculum and that pathophysiology is taught in fall semester i think ( it is not 100%). can I ask who you talked to ? because I think you should contact them again and make sure that they will accept your class.

I know the feeling. I interviewed on Feb 14 and didn't hear anything as yet. I am waiting for the official 2 weeks to email on Wednesday. I am now worried because based on the posts everyone usually got an update after 1 week.

Exactly my sentiments. Previous messages stated they heard back in a week if they got into the program. Really hope we get in.

I know the feeling. I interviewed on Feb 14 and didn't hear anything as yet. I am waiting for the official 2 weeks to email on Wednesday. I am now worried because based on the posts everyone usually got an update after 1 week.

Hi! I was there for feb 14th as well. Haven't heard back at all! I was starting to lose hope. But if you guys haven't heard back yet I'm sure we still have time. Remember Dr. Carr said it would take up to a month to get back to us (if I'm not mistaken). Maybe since we were one of the last groups they need more time to deliberate?

Hello all,

I recently emailed admissions because I still haven't received any follow-up in terms of an interview. I already assumed I was denied at this point but they told me my application was still under review. Also, I guess they're still interviewing because they said that would be the next step- should i receive one (unless they're lying to me). Nonetheless, if this is true- for those who are still wondering about their application, there's a little bit of hope!

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted or waitlisted can provide their work/volunteer experience and hours?

My application has been under review for more than 2 months and haven't heard anything back yet. I'm getting kind of antsy because I didn't have any type of nursing or medical experience when I applied but have started volunteering at a hospital and have only about 12-15 hours so far. Not sure if the lack of experience is gonna be my downfall..

Hey! I was accepted and currently waiting for sign up for the classes. I had over 2,000 medical experience related hours prior to applying to the program. I was a dental assistant for 2 years, and medical assistant for 3 years. If you had more questions, feel free to message me.
