@GABearRN20 I would keep calling and be persistent. 3 weeks is a while to not hear back. The recruiters are really busy especially for Piedmont ATL. I spoke to her and she said they received around 100-200 submissions at the beginning of the application opening. I have no clue what that number would be now. She also told me that they’re not hiring anyone for NICU and I think Postpartum for the Atlanta location. Not 100% sure though. I definitely relate with your anxiety. Good luck and keep trying!

Thank you so much for responding! I definitely don't want to be "that person" and harassing her every second, however, I also don't want to miss out on an opportunity at my top choice due to keeping quiet. Hoping to hear something this week!

I am currently a nursing student graduating next year. I currently work in L&D at Northside as a Tech but may be interested in CVICU at piedmont later down the line. Any advice on school and practicum? Also , for those of you with your ADN have you found it difficult getting call backs?

I’m wondering if they were looking for BSN graduates. I told the manager that I start my RN to BSN in August but it’s fully online. So maybe that hurt me. I’ve been trying to contact the Atlanta piedmont recruiter and she hasn’t been returning my calls either so I really don’t know what the deal is.
