ugh, i am working on some major poundage and am looking for other nursing students who understand the concept of STRESS eating! -----------------------------------
anywho, i am on weight watchers and have lost over 40 pounds--with more to go. any takers? we can keep track of each other. i have three semesters left and my 34th birthday in in october--i want to lose about 20 pounds before my b-day and i want to look good in my whites at pinning! :)

i have really got to get moving. i think i will dust off my treadmill, and go for a walk. i wish i could start my water aerobics class, but i am to busy. i am going to fit it in for the winter term. thanks for the encouragement!

anyone want to have an end of summer challenge? since classes start in august i thought it would be fun if we all posted a goal for august 31st and i could even make us an update page for it? you can pick a weight, a size, a number of pounds lost, or any other weight-loss related goal. what do you think??

I've been doing WW Core since Oct. 2004...all through pre-reqs (I lost weight durring Anatomy when most people gained). I start nursing school in Aug. So far I've lost 107 lbs! One of my inspirations to finaly start is writing an essay on self care for the direct entry masters nursing program I applied to. I did not get into that program (they only took 13 students), but I'm still living much healthier, and taking care of myself. I am not sure if I'm going to try to continue losing, or if I just want to start maintaining then. I'd like to lose another 15-20 lbs before maintaining, and to get to WW goal I'd have to lose another 53...ugh! We'll see what happens in Aug. as the stress of nursing school starts.

Goal for Aug 31 - 195 lb, so 14 lb. loss. I'd love to go for more, but need to be realistic. Mom and Dad are coming north from FL, so will have lots of BBQ's with them.
Having an okay week, wi is on Friday, right now I'm holding from last week, but TOM is here (and I only get one every 3 mos, DepoProvera) and I'm holding water big time. So we'll see.
