ugh, i am working on some major poundage and am looking for other nursing students who understand the concept of STRESS eating! -----------------------------------
anywho, i am on weight watchers and have lost over 40 pounds--with more to go. any takers? we can keep track of each other. i have three semesters left and my 34th birthday in in october--i want to lose about 20 pounds before my b-day and i want to look good in my whites at pinning! :)
I think they mean Weight Watchers core plan.My update: I am down to 189 lbs, 4 more pounds till July 31st. I am eating a ice cream now (not fat free, sugar free stuff) , but I have deducted my points for that. So I am still within my daily limits.

well, i am up but it's ok! i am trying core this week; should be fun! how's everyone doing? i am pmsing too, whoever said that, and i know what you mean about staying out of the kitchen. i try to drink lots more water during this time and do stuff that gets me out of the house.
as for exercise, yeah i need more...someone kick my butt into gear!
is everyone getting ready for school this fall (those of you that are students)? what are you taking?

I am sorry about your loss. It looks like you have a lot going on now. Weightloss would be the least of my worries. Just hang in there.
