StonyBrook ABSN: Class of 2021

Hi all,

Thought I'd start a thread here so we can connect. I am in the process of taking my pre-reqs and plan to submit my application by the Oct 2019 deadline for the Summer 2020 start.

I'm planning on attending the Sept 19 info session on campus - anyone else going?

Hey all, I just wanted to know is there anyone here that didn't receive any email at all after the email on Jan 2 saying they would be sending out decisions through out the month? I called the office and they told me if I didn't get anything by now I am either rejected or waitlisted but from looking at this thread there are many that received notification in both instances.... can someone please help lol

A student in our FB group just let us know that she withdrew from the program, so that should open up a spot for someone on the waitlist. Not sure when they would send any notification out though. Good luck! ?

Hey All

I was waitlisted to the Accelerated for the upcoming 2020 class
Just received my acceptance to the BSN Program starting Fall of 2020

I withdrew my waitlist status for the ABSN, so that will open another spot for those waiting

I just got an email, dated today, from the automated email, but it’s the same exact email about being put on the “Alternative List” like I got in January.

did anyone else get a random duplicate?
