  1. when was your phase 1 interview? curious as to how far apart the two interview are from each other
  2. anyone get any phase 1 interviews set up recently? for those who have interviewed, do you mind sharing your casper quartiles?
  3. Haven't heard anything either. I applied for CT campus
  4. Best of luck to you as well! FYI, although private school tuition is much higher, you can qualify for public service loan forgiveness (if you work for a specific type of employer such as a hospital or 501c3, etc. and have a federal direct loan - unsubsidized or PLUS) after 10 years so it ends up being just about the same out of pocket price as a public school (assuming you net present value the dollar amount paid). https://studentaid.gov/manage-loans/forgiveness-cancellation/public-service
  5. I guess no one got in off the waitlist? Classes start today..
  6. @mbmathews How did you handle the recommendations? Did you use the same recommendations when you applied the second year or did you ask for completely new ones? I often find getting the recommendations is the hardest part of the application because it is out of your control and you don't want to annoy your recommenders, especially if you are applying to several schools.
  7. The school is probably prioritizing dealing with their current students right now. I have confidence that they will make an announcement when they are ready. I'm going to give them some space to do what they need to do and wait until closer to June to start worrying.
  8. I haven't received an interview request =( Does anyone know how many spots are still left? Is there still hope for me? Pre-req GPA: 3.69 Science GPA: 3.67 Cumulative GPA: 3.35 (don't know how they calculated this, my own calculation says its a 3.41) TEAS - Reading: 97.9% - Math: 100% - Science: 76.6% : took this before I finished APII bc they said the last date to take it was Nov 30, and then they extended the deadline to Jan 30 after I already took the TEAS >=( - CUMULATIVE: 86% (96th percentile) Sidenote: I just finished my APII class today (Feb 24) and my Dev Psych will finish in the next week. I wonder if having 2 outstanding pre-reqs disqualified me? Or was it my low cum GPA (I graduated undergrad 13 years ago with a degree in liberal arts, no sciences)
  9. Hi @Cryme and congrats on the acceptance!! That is huge!! Just curious if you had all your pre-requisites completed or if there are some still in progress?
  10. @tsap4323nope, not currently a stony student. i'm a post-bacc student (career switcher from the business world). i wonder if my pre-reqs didn't meet their standards - wish they would let us know. maybe i'll try emailing them and seeing if i get a response.
  11. thanks for sharing the info even though that sucks for me. they don't notify us that we weren't accepted?? there has been no communication at all since I submitted the application - i would think they would at least tell us to move on.
  12. That's great news!! You've clearly worked hard.
  13. last year they got 4-500 applications for 70 spots
  14. that's impressive! Wish mine was that high. Did you get an interview invite today?
