Start LVN school in 8 days

[color=#48d1cc] i start school 3 weeks after you, and i can hardly wait. i know i am in for a hard journey, but i am ready to take it. i figure better now then later. when you start can you please let me know what your first week was like, so i can get an idea what to expect. maybe if your not to far ahead we can help each other out. once again congratulations, and good luck

I start January 7th! I am having a hard time finding stuff to do keep myself occupied and going crazy with anticipation!

We had orientation on Dec 10th and it wasn't very informative. I suppose it was for those brand new to the college, but I have been taking classes there for awhile now. It was mainly about the general college aspect, and not the PN program. So I am going stir crazy.

We got our syllabus and I have read it cover to cover three times now!

Like the above posted asked, please let us know how your first day went.

I start on Jan 7th and had an incredible orientation that included medical terminology. It was very informative and we learned a lot. I'm really looking forward to Jan 7th and even more to next December! Good luck to us all!

Read ahead and then read again is some of the best advise i can give. I just finished my first semester and yes, it is very demanding. Get all the study guides that come with the text books and use the cd's as well to study!! Keep focus and good luck to you all, my break is done the second week of jan. And i am already reading ahead.....gotta stay on top of my game:)

I have orientation on the 6th then classes start on the 8th. I can't wait!!! I tried to go and pick up our book pack for class so I could get a jump start on the reading, but of course they won't have the books until the 5th... URGH!!
