Spring 09 Hopefuls

I wanted to start a support thread for all of us that will be applying for the Spring 09 start. My hope is that we keep this thread alive through the process and keep each other encouraged! Nursing School is hard enough to get into!

Where are you applying?

What is your GPA and/or points for your school of choice?

When is your schools deadline?

When does the acceptance letters go out?

What is your plan A, B, C...?

Just took my HESI (passed with a 92), and turned in my application to nursing school...Now, I just have to wait about 7 weeks to find out if I'm in or not! Aaargh!!:banghead:

Wow those are quite the questions. Some hot topics in the media as well. I wish I had gotten those type of questions I think they require a greater amount of critical thinking. My interview was mainly job interview stylish. Strengths vs weakness, what if someone handed you test questions what would you do? Why did you chose this program?

My girl friend just got her letter from CAC yesterday for acceptance. I had my application in 2 semesters before her. What do you think that means? are the letters coming out by alphabet!! Im freaking out!!

Curious but was your application incomplete or completed and up dated after you submitted it? Did you have an interview? Wondering because I thought that all completed applications were put into the next semester if the semester fills up before you can be placed?
