I know that it's VERY early right now to start gearing up for the Spring 2016 admission but I thought I'd start this post early seeing as I have already started taking my final classes, preparing to take the Hesi A2 test and submitting all my other documents for the program. If all goes well, I will be between 30 and 34 points. How many points do you think you'll be at when it's time to apply for the 2016 spring entry? What's the lowest score that they have accepted for previous entries? Are there any single mothers, such as I, who will be applying for the nursing program? Hope to hear more from others who are getting ready to join. Would love to get lots of feedback!!!!!

We actually already have a Facebook page that several people have joined.. Here is the link if you want to join that one, too :)
Hi everyone
My post may be a little odd because I am a mom helping my 20 year old son figure out his schedule and applications to nursing school. He could apply for El Centro/North Lake for Fall 2016, but according to his calculations he will have around 27 points. From what I can tell, that will not be enough. What do y'all think?
Thanks,
Austin's Mom : )
27 points could possibly get him in. I got in last semester with 27 points (had to drop for personal reasons but reapplying).
I have been told it is best to have at least 28 points! Even if he can not get any more points, I would suggest that he go ahead and apply with 27 :) It wont hurt! And he may get accepted ! :) Good luck Austin
Does anyone know what will be taking place at orientation on December 1st? Will we just be doing our schedules and classes or will they be incorporating the drug screen and background check? I ask because I know Brookhaven does everything during that one week of orientation/success camp.
Hi, I'm new posting here. I was accepted to the 2016 Spring semester at the Northlake Campus, my first choice. Can anyone who has already been in the program tell me if you are able to take a class at a different campus. For example, you are enrolled at Northlake but b/c of scheduling conflicts would need to take one of the classes at El Centro. Do they allow this? Thanks!
I am not for sure, but I do not think so. I think you are jut at one school or the other. You could email them and ask. :)
