Spring 2010 CSN ADN Program

Published

Just wondering, seeing how competitive i am.... How many are applying to Spring 2010 at CSN? And what is your score? If you don't feel comfortable telling your score, just say if you are applying. I have heard that there arent many applicants this semester but also heard to the contrary, there are LOTS of applicants this semester. So I'm confused and just wondering how many are applying? I know not nearly EVERYONE who applied goes on allnurses.com, but just out of those on here, I was wondering who applied for full time spring 2010. Thanks!

thanks for the info sockmonkey... so its seems random.

i'll just keep my fingers crossed til tomorrow... and stare at my phone.

congrats to you! i'll keep checking on this thread just in case... :sniff:

I had 26 points... but this is very low... try for highest points you can get!

Sorry... I forgot about the sub form I turned in so I did have 27 points!

I am wondering if they are looking at other things besides points when it comes close between people!? I don't know... hang in there registered nut! We won't leave u behind!

From what I understand, when they get down to the lowest points they accept and they have a ton of applicants with that number of points, the accepted applicants are chosen by lottery.

Yeah I was going to say the same thing..since entry is based upon points that they then have to turn to random lottery if there is more applicants than spots for the last cut off number.

Thanks TooCute... I feel like crying now. :imbar

Waaaaahhhhhh

I'm going to call tomorrow (any suggestions who to ask for and what number to is best to call? )

And maybe even go there personally.

I'll keep you posted. :sniff:

WOW! Maybe I just got luck then!!

I am so sorry registered nut.... cant help u there... maybe u will get the call in the a.m. Have some faith!!

Sorry... I forgot about the sub form I turned in so I did have 27 points!

What is a sub form?

A substitution form for high level of classes... I was working on my bachelors and had high science classes with better grades so they suggested me to turn it in to get higher points...

I can't remember her name but I would call the limited entry office person where you turned in the application.

Specializes in Psych, Emergency, Med/Surg.

Is the Spring program closed? I'm attending an info session Nov 16th. Was just wondering if I could still try for Spring?
