A substitution form for high level of classes... I was working on my bachelors and had high science classes with better grades so they suggested me to turn it in to get higher points...

I had 26 points... but this is very low... try for highest points you can get!

Well Hello Everyone... This is my first time posting anything... you guys have been helpful...yet scared me more I think! lol I am so nervous I feel as if everything is waiting on this one call...
