Hey Everyone!
Thought I would be the first person to start a SPC Nursing Fall 2018 thread. Even though we still have one semester left before applying, I thought I would start a thread to get the ball rolling and to see where everyone stands. If are applying for the program in Fall of 2018, please let us know the amount of credits you will have at the time of applying and what your cumulative and program GPA's are. As for me, I will have 30 of 30 credits completed and a cumulative GPA of 3.9, with a program GPA of 4.0.
TB test is done annually for clinical placement - because you can catch TB anywhere!I just had mine redone last week.
You're awesome thank you so much! Another question, is this the physical exam form that we need to have filled out?

That looks like the one that I had used last fall. I brought mine to my primary and he filled it out and signed it.
If you are wondering how do I get all these docs uploaded to castle branch. If you have an iPhone you can use iScanner or Android has an app called Handy Scanner. Both work at making your photos into pdf. Works like a charm!
Hooray!!
Guys.... I just got done with my meeting at the health center and they made multiple mistakes on my application and they told me that I am no longer on the alternate list.... They offered me a seat for the Fall 2018!!!!!!!!! I am beaming with happiness!! I can not wait to see you all at orientation! Congratulations everyone!! :)
I am new to this forum..so first, congratulations to all that got accepted. I was selected as alternate number 30. I just had a meeting with an advisor and I was informed that the ranking of the alternates mean nothing. She said that you are given a number for the sole purpose of the software to randomly select alternates. I was surprised by this news. I just wanted to let the alternates know...if you are the 1st or the 55th alternate, you basically have the same chances of getting selected. Hello anxiety for the next month or so...
