Please tell us what happened and we can help you. If you don't tell someone what happened, it will eat you up inside. No one here knows who you are, so this is a very safe place to talk about it.

write out what happened, beginning to end. just state the facts and how you feel about it. that alone will alow you to look at what happened more objectively. you will find the people on this site very understanding and helpful. give them a chance. there is not a nurse alive that hasn't made a mistake of one kind or another. only way to learn some lessons.

She PM'd me and told me what happened. She's afraid of posting it here in case coworkers see it.
