This was just posted on the face book page OHio RN to BSN ForumThe Ohio Board of Nursing recently made changes to licensure requirements that included the mandatory addition of a clinical experience into Ohio Universitys curriculum. Due to this change, we have had to temporarily discontinue offering the RN to BSN completion program to residents outside of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Michigan, and West Virginia.Because of these changes, we will not be able to admit you to the RN-BSN program at this time. If we have made a mistake and you do reside in one of the above listed states, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work with you to reopen your application.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you and the delay in your education. A refun... d of your application fee will be sent to your home address in 8 to 10 weeks. Your application will be kept on file in the event that we are able to reopen the program to residents of your state.

Wow! I had read something on here a few weeks ago about the Masters program doing this but now they are doing this with the BSN program now, huh?
I do not know who it 'applies' to. I think if my advisor knew anything about it would of not told me to take classes i asked about, but then again you never know! . Again this was on the ohio BSN facebook page and this person applied in august and hadn't heard anything and that is the response they sent her.
