So how did everyone do????

Ok this has been the hardest semester of my life....both personally and academically...I transferred to a com college that req'd me to take general biology even though I have taken A & P I previously and got an A. But every school has its own requirements so I took that class, as well as Chemisty and dev psy....I know Chemistry was going to be hard. But by the middle of the semester I likened chemisty to the spawn of satan and my teacher to the anti-Christ:angryfire. We started with 25 students and in the end only 3 of us took the final..everyone else dropped...My teacher was the worst teacher I have ever had..I had a meltdown after the 3rd test..changed my major from pre-nursing to liberal studies and cried for 3 days....But thanks to my mother's encouragement and financial aid obligations I stuck it out...In the end I rec'd a B in chemistry :D, An A- in Biology and a B in dev psychology...I now know that I can acheive anything if I put my mind to it.

Great job! I took Basic Chem this past semester since I have never taken it before, and we learned in week 9 of 15 that our professor went to REHAB and was let go from University. YEA we were fuming. The thing is we were WAY behind the rest of the courses and not to mention the fact that what he did teach us was not entirely correct and he left crucial pieces out. We had to double time it to catch up.:angryfire But I made it through it. :yeah: Next step is GOBC 1 & 2 this summer. Anyways my grades went as follows.. Pyschology A, EC2 B, Speech A, Basic Chemistry A, and Intro to Nursing B+.

GREAT JOB GIRL!!!! I am so happy that you finished it all out and got great grades even with the devil teacher. :p

:yeah: great job!!!!

so far...I am getting B's on all of my Spring classes, I still have an option of taking the final and get an A on Biology and do an essay for my Psychology001 to get an A as well, but for my other 3 classes it is a definite B's.

Great Job!!! I earned an A for APII, and A for Sociology-Drugs and Society. I will take Micro this summer, which is my last co-requ. and start NS this August-yipee!!!!

Sounds like everybody had a great semester. Congrats!! I ended up with a B+ in Anatomy and a B in math. I really wanted an A in Anatomy but I barely missed it. Dangit!!!

I'm glad everyone did so well...Now its time for summer classes...I'm taking 2 classes in summer 1 and 3 classes summer 2...

Just finished today with...2 B's and three A's..

Summer school starts Monday :(

I took AP I, Chem and Nutrition. Got As in all of them, thank goodness! I will be taking Micro, AP II and Psych during the summer. I am actually looking forward to taking these in a shorter 10 week semester, the 16 week ones just take forever!

I got a B in my Nur 101 class I was three points away from an A uh. I got A's in my A&P 2 class and Developmental Psy. I'm done with pre reqs for my school I'm just waiting til late june when letters go out. In the meantime just in case I don't get in I'm retaking ENG 101 because I got a C and it's dragging my gpa down.

I got a C in eng101 too...its crazy how the one C can bring a gpa way lower :angryfire

WOW! Is the school looking into this professor at all? That's nuts!

I did well in my classes. I got an A in A&PII and an A in tech math which is a hybrid math course covering Algebra, Geo, and Trig.

I was really excited about the math class. I hadn't taken any math since highschool 9 years ago and had to bully my way into the class because it was supposed to have a pre-req but time wise I couldn't afford to wait around and take the pre-req first and then this class. Luckily I picked and advisor that I don't really think cares what anyone does and just stamped my paper and moved me on. Not only did I get an A in that class but I had a high enough A at the end of the semester that I took a 0 for the final and still had an A for the class. :)
