You said it might be on the cards - all the best. Your work permit would only take a short while to organise but the nursing board may take a while to verify your education. You can study for the CRNE while you wait!
Maybe we'll meet up sometime in Canada;-) I'm sure you'll keep us posted on how you're going though!
Thanks guys :)NS does look stunning but having never visited making it hard to try and find somewhere to live, Hubby will be working from home so not stuck on only being in a certain place. One thing does surprise us is how inexpensive the property is
I lived in NS for 7 years and would be happy answer any questions you may have about where to live, etc. Especially if you're thinking the Halifax area, there are good/bad places just like any other city.
But yes, even by Canadian standards property is ridiculously cheap in Nova Scotia.

Well immigration looking to be on the long side, hubby has chance to go to Canada on a temporary work permit so off we go. Been a bit busy trying to decide where to live but will be going to Nova Scotia. US still ongoing but fed up on putting life on hold all the time so grabbing this opportunity
