Shut Off At 75!

I took the NCLEX today and felt torn between a lot of questions. After getting home and googling them it seems like I got quite a few wrong. I know they say you have to be doing really horrible to fail at 75, but I do feel like I missed some silly ones.

I don't know how to stop stressing about this test!

I took the minimum for the NCLEX pn and felt like I bombed it, but I didn't. I'm sure you passed it.. I don't know if they still do this but some of those questions are unscored throughout the exam. Just keep the faith and stay positive. Let us know how you did either way. You got this!

I just feel like I missed most of the priority questions ? and my last question was not that hard. I'm trying to stay positive but it's so terrifying having to wait.

Thank you for your encouraging words!

You sound exactly like me! I SWORE I failed when the test stopped at 75... but guess what? I passed so you probably passed, too.

I know it's hard to stop thinking about it, but try to do something you enjoy. Hike, swim?

The test is done. Congrats. Either way.. huge accomplishment.

Just relax and wait for your score. Have a drink and smile because there is nothing you can do about it now. I cannot be sure, but only seeing 75 questions is a good indicator that you have passed. A good indicator of success but still not a sure thing.

Of all the students I have instructed, not one of them that only answered 75 questions has ever failed. There has been a lot of them, a majority by far.

I seriously think I got most priority questions wrong (they were all so close). Did you feel like this too? It also doesn't help that my last question was easy ?. There were *some* questions I felt confident about, but I feel like they weren't the important ones.

I feel like I should have definitely had more questions if I was going to pass!!

I hope this is true in my case. If not, I really bit the dust.

Yes! I felt like I got most questions wrong, to be honest. I had a mix of SATA, prioritization, but then I'd get a random simple question and it completely threw off my confidence.

Now, log off allnurses, and do something that you enjoy!

Chill I had the worst 2 days of my life after NCLEX...second guessed every freeking answer an was too scared to try to reapply . Sitting with the wife at the YMCA after a workout and checked on my phone after paying a fee. I cried like a baby for the next 5 minutes after I saw I had passed...Yep shut off at 75 questions.

Congrats!

I hope that same feeling happens to me!!

Ok guys, I got my unofficial results and I passed. I honestly have no idea how. They must only make sure you 3% of the test right lol.

Same here. Shut off at 75 and I was sure I passed. Looked up some of the questions I wasn't sure about and got them wrong. Now I'm sure I failed, but I didnt.
