Hi,

I was hoping we'd all share our report/cheat sheets and other nursing files that we find very helpful.

Here are mine - they contain samples of report sheets, narrative/admission charting tips, and comprehensive head to toe assessment checklist.

Hope it helps and please share the wealth so that we can all learn from each other - student, new, or experienced nurses.

    3. Adjust your preference.
