I am scheduled for Sept 9th as well for my second go around and have been studying for 3+ hours a day mixing content, questions from like 5 different sources, and test taking strategies. I feel like I am ready, but more than that I am ready to move on with my life.
Thank you all for sharing and letting me know that I wasn't the only one out there going through this alone. Good luck and I will say a prayer for us all.
i'm sooooo nervous!!! i'm taking the nclex-rn tomorrow, sept 3rd in augusta ga. i'm driving about 1.5 hours to take this test first thing in the morning. i originally had it scheduled for the 8th in my city, but anxiety was getting to me and i wanted to take it sooner.
i don't know if i've studied enough or properly i read the kaplan book and did the questions.. only scored a 70%!!!! that's scary!!
and i've done several chapters in the la charity book, looked at saunders a bit, done ati, read a lot from the random facts thread, and trying to memorize the infection control mneumonics. there's so much more i want to review, but not enough time. i'm not changing my date though. i'm going to read kaplan one more time today for strategy. please wish me luck and pray!!! good luck to all the other sept test takers!

I did kaplan and really didn't like it. I am trying to focus on how to answer questions and what i should be looking for to eliminate wrong answers.
