I know.. I feel very fortunate to have that job. It's just, Ive been in the same area my whole life and I want a big change. I want to work at a great hospital to start out my career. I don't wanna be stuck here anymore, lol.
You will find a job!! I have no doubt in my mind. You should call cedars-sinai recruitment, they are accepting resume/gpa via email. She'll give you the nurse recruiters email. USC's application goes up May 1st. Loma Linda goes up May 9th..
That's all I got. lol

Hey All -

I applied to CHLA too! I'm glad I finally found a thread on it! I am anxiously awaiting a phone call and dreading an email. We should all keep in touch throughout this nerve racking process and send good ohms to one another!

Hope you all are doing well, I know this job market is rough for us.

I'm applying as well! I was told that everyone will get either an email or a phone call on May 2nd (Monday). I'm hoping to get the phone call :/

Omg I can't believe May 2nd is coming up already!!! Does anyone know the difference between the phone call VS email? Is the email a rejection and the phone call an invitation to interview?? AHH I'm so excited!

I just called the nurse recruiter to ask about the timeline and she told me that they will probably be making calls til Friday of next week, not just on Monday.

lovepeacelove - yeah a friend of mine had asked before and she was told that email would be a rejection and they will call if they want to set up an interview. This is secondhand info so I'm not sure

Today's the day. :eek: But I think someone said that they'll continue making calls through Friday? So, then, my anxiety and increased heart rate will be all this week. Hahahaha. I am constantly hoping for positive news for all of us!

Hello everyone,

Today is almost over and I still have not received any calls from them, no e-mails either ! I'm starting to loose my hope LOL's !!!

I'm sure some people already got the calls, I need a job badly !
