Hi all...

I applied as well, and have not heard back yet either.

Good luck to all :redpinkhe

Add me to the list of people anxiously awaiting positive news. I applied to Hemo/Oncology, did anyone else?

Good luck everyone! :)

Hey all,

I didn't get a call either...I wonder how many people applied. I applied to Hem/Onc as my first choice too. Ugh. Kind of nerve racking. I am hoping for the best for us all! Keep us posted guys!:):yeah:

Specializes in Pediatrics, Step-Down.

When I called a few weeks ago the nurse recruiter told me they would be calling around May 3rd. She also said they got over 400 applications.

I put Heme/Onc as my 1st choice also :)

Hey gang,

Until now, I haven't received any e-mails nor a call either !! I'm wondering what's going on?? Perhaps they already had enough people by now??? I keep on checking my e-mails. This is a torture !

May God bless us all !

Thanks JC for the update. So, hopefully we all get calls soon!!!! Hoping for the best for all of us!

called HR today and they told me that they are interviewing internal applicants first before they get to externals. They also said that some of the units have already hired internal applicants and filled up all the positions. It's not exactly what we would want to hear, but we must always have hope! :)

Thanks for the update Luke! We can still keep hoping, I guess! Hopefully good news for all!

So here is my question. Why don't they have a internal appplicant interview first and then when they are done and know what departments are left have another group send in applications? I feel like we are waiting for nothing. Its just a little frustrating.

It is frustrating, you're totally right. I guess this is just how the job market works? Let's just hope for the best! :)

I wish we knew what areas have already been filled so I would know if there was still hope. Hopefully we will all hear soon!
