Lizstory - is that what ***** said? Be sure that it wasn't just a mistake before you get down on yourself. Not getting in sucks, sucks, sucks, and waiting, sucks, sucks, sucks. I know you've been waiting longer, so just want to be sure you get all the info before resorting to what else you can do with all the classes you've had.

I did I guess I will never be able to get in since a 2.98 gpa. I feel as I just wasted 5 years of my life. I have to figure out what I am going to do.

Liz, is 2.98 you're cumulative GPA or re-calculated GPA?

She said they get all of cat 1 then check when courses where finished, recalculated gpa and so forth. Then they go to cat 2. They will never get to cat 2. I'll never get in.

Lizstoy, keep trying, did you apply to Florida hospital or VCC?

Mell, was 3.6 your recalculated gpa and you finished in Spring '09?

I'm sorry about your frustrations. :icon_hug:Do you think you can retake one of those pre-req classes so you can increase your re-calculated gpa? For instance, I took Gen. Psychology for a 2nd time and replaced my previous grade with an "A."

Ms. B WELL, what an awesome idea! Lizstoy should definitely try doing that! Lizstoy- I feel your pain, I know that you must be feeling so yucky and down right now and I do too!! I am so depressed today, feel frozen like I don't know what the future holds. Its hard to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel only to see it disappear when you get closer to it. I am so happy for everyone that got good news and I appreciate the communication from everyone on this site-it's so great to be able to connect with others that are in the same boat!!

Can anyone recommend a really good statistics instructor?? Or also-chemistry instructor. I am taking chemistry and not doing well at all. It is really difficult!!

I can officially announce that my old butt didn't get into EITHER program. Guess I gotta look at my other options or apply for the Day Program. This most certainly blows.:cry:
