Second interview, with principal?

Hello! I have a second interview coming up, with the same health services staff that did my first one and the Principal of the school I may be placed in. Anyone have experience with this?

My current school nursing position only had one panel interview with school health staff...

Any ideas on possible things to expect during this second interview?

We have lost two new nurses this year to what I deem "unrealistic expectations." The nurses are doing a lot of epidemiology right now. You may be, too. But give this the year to determine whether you like or dislike and realize that next year should look different. I hope it looks different.

Thank youuuu everyone! I’m so excited! My last school was a middle school and this will be at an elementary school, in another state! Big change! I’m really looking forward this new journey. I’ll be on the SN board asking questions and reading up for sure. ?
