Hey everyone! I didn't see a thread for 2019's transfer cohort hopefuls so I figured I'd start one. Everyone get their applications submitted on time? :)

Just a quick question for those who have had an interview already, did you bring the original resume you sent in during applications or no resume at all? Just curious
Thanks! And good luck to everyone!
Zuzel613, no you don't need to and should not bring your resume. They want to get to know you as a person--things that they can't know from just reading the resume you submitted. But if you have something you really want them to make note of something on your resume (i.e. a work experience you have that you feel is important or unique), I would find a way to incorporate it into your answers to their questions.
Hope that helps! Good luck!
(They are super down to earth! One of the faculty members did a breathing exercise with me to loosen some of the nerves ?)
Hi everyone! I'm so glad I finally found this thread! I just had my interview yesterday and I really wish I had read these posts before I went in. I was soooooo nervous, so much more than any job interview I've had. I feel like my interview went okay, I went off on tangents about myself and I didn't back up my tangents with specific patient care experiences as a CNA like I had practiced with a friend. I just spoke about my experiences in a general sort of way. Hopefully they like me! Good luck to everyone!

Does anyone know how many people interview you? My interview is coming up this week!
