Scrubs!!

I hope this picture posts correctly if it doesn't then idk lol. Anyhow I got fitted for my scrubs Monday and saying I'm so happy they are not white is a major understatement!! They are some type of "performance" scrub and are way comfy!!

chances are ..they will shrink if u dry them on high heat. I'm about a size 14 and I make it look good :0 but most of us only wish we could fit into a small( let alone an extra small:) Congrats

Hmmmm. I think you guys should have to wear the white dress with white stockings, white nursing shoes, and cap, like I had to wear when I was a student in the dark ages. just kidding......

Word of caution - you now have your picture posted for the world to see which will always make you very easy to identify if you should ever make even the tiniest slip with any kind of a HIPAA violation. Generally best to remain as anonymous as possible on a site like this. (it's gotten plenty of people in trouble)

I don't worry about it considering I never post about any patients or anything to do with anything that would apply to HIPAA. The best way to not violate HIPAA is to not even discuss things you can discuss so it doesn't put you in that vulnerable situation. I'm only on this site for moral support! :)

Those look great! I wish my school's looked like that- we are head to toe in hunter green and I feel like I look like a custodian lol.

I work a hospital job as an aide on a floor which mandates that I'm in hunter green, and my nursing school mandates all white. I'm going to be one ugly scrubling for the next 2 years xD.

I also was very unaware of how wide my hips are in comparison to my waist and really all of the rest of me, too. Scrub tops in my normal size (XL) are super tight around the hips and incredibly saggy through the shoulders and waist, and then also far too long b/c I'm short. Scrubs were not made for short women with curves I guess! The best fit I ended up finding was Grey's Anatomy scrub tops in 2X, but try and find that in a scrub store =/.

You look fabulous!

The whole get-up looks very expensive though. Our student scrubs at PTEC in FL were all white. The only specific things we had to get was the nursing vest which was around 50 bucks and the school patch.

I think your scrubs look awesome! Ours will be black bottoms with a khaki top and white lab coat. My school used to do all white so I am lucky I suppose. We won't do our fitting until last week of August.

My schools ADN program wear the exact same scrubs! I am entering into the BSN program in the fall and our tops are performance as well but they are different colors but with the same pants. The colors are opposite, red with black trim! We also have white lab coats instead of red! I like the black with red and red lab coats better! Would you by chance be attending WKU?
